Annie Ferro

Most of us are living inside a chapter we were never taught how to name.

The children need us differently.

The body asks for a different kind of attention.

A relationship has ended, changed, or revealed something we can no longer ignore.

A career, a home, a role, an identity that held us for years suddenly feels too small for the woman we are becoming.

I know.

What arrives, and when

In your WhatsApp. Between the school group and the family chat.

Monday

A voice note

Up to 5 minutes from me, in your ear while the coffee brews. Something I’ve been turning over, said out loud before I’ve made it sound clever.

Wednesday

One photo — ours

Maybe share a photo of yourself that you love. Not the most flattering one. The one where you look at it and think, there I am. That’s me.

Maybe you’re laughing mid-sentence. Maybe you’re a mess. Maybe nobody would call it a good photo but you. No filters, no Instagram edits, no one pretending — real women.

Friday

A Little Luxury

A song to play too loud while you make dinner. A five-minute recipe that tastes like room service. Something small and entirely for you.

Nothing to answer. Report back never.

What this isn’t

  • Not a course. No modules, no worksheets, no homework, no certificate at the end.
  • Not something to fall behind on. Nothing accumulates, this is a space for you to enjoy. Share or not, we honor your presence.
  • Not another app. Nothing to download, no password to forget. It’s WhatsApp. You’re already there.
  • Not a group that needs you to perform. Reading counts. Lurking counts. Opening Monday’s note on Thursday counts.
  • Not therapy, and not a substitute for it. It’s company — a different thing, and also a necessary one.

One real week

Not a description. This is what actually arrives on your phone.

Wednesday

Good morning, my loves ☀️

No question today. No thinking required. Just this:

Show me where you’re having your coffee (or tea… I don’t judge 😄) right now. One photo. That’s it.

I’ll go first 👇

Tea, actually. And the mug says what I’d like to say most mornings 😄

Friday

Happy Friday, my loves 💛

Welcome to our first Friday Little Luxury — every Friday I’ll leave a small gift here. Nothing to do, nothing to answer. Just something to enjoy.

This week: a song. 🎶

open.spotify.com/track/… — play it LOUD while you make dinner tonight, or in the car, or in the shower. Wherever nobody’s watching.

Dancing optional. Strongly encouraged. 💃 Report back never. See you Monday

That’s a whole week. Three moments, and nothing else asked of you.

Questions you’re probably having

Do I have to talk?

No. Ever. Some women send a photo every Wednesday without fail and some read quietly for months and never type a word. Both are entirely welcome, and nobody is counting.

Will my phone be buzzing all day?

Three posts a week from me. You can mute the group and everything will still be there when you open it — that’s what most women do, and it’s what I’d recommend.

Will everyone see my phone number?

Other members see the name and number you use on WhatsApp, the same way any group works. If you’d rather not be visible, you can change your display name before you join. I will never share the list anywhere.

What if I join and it isn’t for me?

Send me one message and you’re out the same day. No conversation, no “are you sure”, no hard feelings. You keep the month you paid for, and the door stays open at the same price if you ever want to come back.

I’m not going through anything dramatic. Can I still join?

Yes. Transition isn’t always a crisis. Sometimes it’s a slow noticing that the life you built doesn’t fit the way it used to, and there’s nothing loud enough to point at. That counts.

Is it in English?

Yes — everything in this group is in English.

Do I have to live near you?

No. The group is entirely on WhatsApp and the women in it are spread across countries and time zones. I also host evenings in person from time to time, and if one ever happens near you, you’ll hear about it here first — but nothing about this group depends on you being anywhere in particular.

I’m Annie

I’m a coach, a yoga and meditation teacher, and I’ve spent more than a decade in rooms with women who are in the middle of something — helping them find their way back to their own voice, their own body, their own direction.

I built The Golden Hour because the women I meet don’t need another course. They need company, three times a week, from someone who isn’t going to tell them they’re behind.

The golden hour is the last hour of light before the sun goes down.

Photographers wait all day for it.

Nothing in the frame has changed. The light has just finally come in at the right angle.
